How It Works

We make it easy to request a ride: Just enter your pickup and drop-off locations, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Step 1: Book Using Our Mobile App or ONLINE

Our booking process is simple and efficient:

Enter your pickup & dropoff locations
Tell us your desired pickup time
Select the car class which best suits your needs and budget

Step 2: Your Ride

After booking, you will receive a text and/or email with all you trip specifications, including pick up locations, stops, etc. Please revise information to make sure we have it correct.

On the day of your ride, you will receive text updates

One informing you about your driver info
Your car is on its way
Your driver has arrived at the pickup location

Your ride includes 5 minutes’ waiting time for standard pickups and thirty for airport pickups. Even if your driver has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time you booked your ride.

Step 3: Rate Your Ride

After your ride has taken place, we would appreciate it if you could rate your car and driver. To do this, visit our site and search for our survey form and then ‘Rate ride’. also we will send a link to the survey form on your trip receipt.
